This is a locally-owned and operated hardware store. They have the absolute best customer service you will ever experience. There is a knowledgeable, helpful, experienced representative in every department of this store. They will help you figure out how to do whatever project you are working on. They recommend tools and virtually help with any questions. Parts are available. If you need something they don't have they will order it. Delivery is available. Usually the same day. They will bring it into the place you need it. Delivery price is really good too. At this time it is 12 dollars for any where in the county. If you need work done and can't do it yourself, they have listing service of professionals that you can call for estimates. I have been very pleased with F and M. I have used them for years and they always treat customers well. Much more helpful than newer bigger stores. Excellent!
