My husband called in advance to check on the price of a shop vacuum and the associate named “Tom” gave us A price that was $30 lower than the actual price of the item. As i was leaving the store the man named “Tom” came out of the office and shouted “Was i right about the price?” When i got home with the item my husband was upset and called to ask what happened and asked what we can do about the price difference. The response he received was that the man “guessed on the price” and he wouldn’t do anything for us. Terrible customer service, I will never shop here again!!!
My husband got me a new hedge trimmer for our 10th anniversary at Memmers and they are great. Thanks Tom for gassing them up and having them ready to go.
I have no doubt the majority of the staff is helpful and friendly, but it really felt like the gentleman who helped with our U Haul rental took advantage of us. I’ll spare the details, wouldn’t recommend renting U Haul from them. Not a good experience.nnHad no problem with the actual store.
