I have had the plumber here several times in the last few months for different services. 1. Water heater 2. Water softener 3. Two new toilets installed!nThen of course our A/C unit went out thanks to mice chewing uo wires and building a nest in the motor.nBoth the professional men were fast, polite & helpful! I recommend Hirt & Ellco & will call them again and again for all our Heat/Air, Plumbing & Electrical needs!!

Called for a air conditioning problem and they had someone out the next day. Very friendly

Two stars only because emergency answering service took my call, and followed up with progress. Holiday on-call repair serviceman didn't have the manners to return my call today, after waiting approximately four hours. I had to call back, and was told service man refused to come, because I have the flu. Our furnace went out in middle of night, no heat, and I have flu symptoms. I guess if you are sick, in bed, on another level of house, service cannot be delivered to your home, even though we purchased our furnace from Hirt & Ellco. Never again. Called another local, he was here in less than 30 minutes. I remember Janet Hirt, she would not have been pleased, even if serviceman had his right to refuse service.

Had issues this morning with power to house. Thanks to Scott and Mark for helping out via phone to troubleshoot problem and get power back on! Outstanding communication and help. Truly appreciated! Scott was fantastic and went above and beyond to figure out the root cause. Thanks so much Scott!
