Display at front of store with Kendra and Big Sexy products. Signage says buy one, get one 50% off. When checking out was told the discount applied to all EXCEPT Big Sexy products. Signage is throughout store, nowhere does it say that Big Sexy excluded.
The lady that did my haircut as of today did a really bad job for a low fade and left a bunch of untouched spots on my hair now I have to go to another place and get it touched up from where she messed up you all need to teach your people how to give proper haircuts will not be back or recommend this place of business
I wouldn't recommend getting your hair cut here, the 2 times that I did she missed spots in the back of my head that was noticeable enough that I was able to feel the diffrence, lucky me I noticed before I left, also my little boy who was 4 at the time sat still and quiet for a hair cut and she city his ear pretty bad I'm surprised he didn't move or complain during he waited til after to show and tell me. Now every time he gets a hair cut he always ask the hair cutter to please not cut his ear.
