I took both kids I used the app to sign it was so easy and the ladies did an amazing job. My daughter loves her hair cut the most. Definitely recommend Great clips.
Naomi was my stylist and was very polite and professional. I didn't know how to really explain what I wanted without a picture but she gave me the exact haircut I was aiming for. My husband got his hair cut also. The process went very smoothly considering all the regulations they now have to follow.

Checking the instructions on the door upon arrival. The lady came out to check me in. Appointment was for my son. She said I couldn't come in with him unless he is under 2! What kid OVER 2 will go in to get a haircut without their parent/ caregiver? What parent/caregiver should LET them?nI understand the limit on the number of people in the salon due to social distancing... But this policy is ridiculous! The online check in should let you put in the information that it is a child. At that point the salon can plan ahead.nAt the very minimum, once I arrived they should have accommodated the fact that he is a child. I cancelled.
Appreciate stylists being there during covid BUT she wasn't friendly to me or my child. We could both tell she did not want to be there. My little girl said after, mommy that lady was very grumpy.. Ask her to trim my 8 year girls hair.. haircut was not good -it was uneven. If a trim looks this sloppy I'd hate to see what they would do if you asked for a style. My significant other goes here for haircuts all the time and his looks great. maybe they just aren't good at cutting long/ woman hair or maybe was just this stylist having an off day ud83eudd14
