Very clean place with friendly staff. They get items done pretty quickly but can be a little pricey. I've never understood why it costs double to have women's shirts cleaned and pressed compared to men's shirts. But I am always satisfied with the cleaning.
I always take my husband's work shirts and our winter coats to Nu-Yale, and they do a wonderful job! Quick and helpful service, and everything comes back stain-free, beautifully pressed, and with no chemical smells. I highly recommend them!
I brought my vintage wedding dress to them for cleaning, pressing, and to fix a button. They cleaned it the best they could and I’m happy with that but the details of the dress were not pressed. My dress has a bow on the front that remained very folded up and wrinkled. Also, the button I gave them to fix was not fixed, and I did not get my button back. I left them a voicemail and never heard from them back. It was $160 for the service and it is incomplete. I ended up taking it elsewhere
I was charged $175 to have my daughters dress cleaned. The veil is still dirty and the dress still has dirt stain all over the underlay and lace. I dropped off the dress on Monday after the wedding. Nu Yale had the dress for six weeks. They said the dirtier it is the longer it takes. The manager said they had alot of dresses. My concern is it sat for days before it was touched and treated. Very disappointed. I would like a refund and will need to find another place to finish the job.
I will never return here again...they lost an item (and they were rude about it). Not to mention they are very expensive.nnEdit: August 8thnThat was not the name on the account. It took two weeks to get to me which I believe to be ridiculous.
