Regal Nails, Salon & Spa

I've been there 3 times and unfortunately the price has gone up $5 each time. I've received the exact same service at every visit btw(pedicure/regular polish, gel nails on hands w/o manicure). When I brought it to her attention today she played confused but still up-charged me $5, and I always tip(same girl at the register all 3 times). I love Kevin the tech but I think it's time to move on unfortunately.ud83dude14

Hate that they don't do nail designs anymore!! But great place!! Unfortunately I LOVE nail designs,, so I am looking for a new nailshop!! And after their remodel,,they raised their prices and that's NOt cool!!

Friendly staff, quick service, pedicure and manicure for $45

I will never go back I been getting my nails done by them for about 3 years and since September my full sets don’t last and the set I got today are horrible and different sizes and they have there pick and choose and when they want to take there times me and my girls will not return and my daughter hand is cut

So I have been a regular customer of regal nails for maybe 6yrs, the salon's conveniently located in the Walmart's, I frequent 2 specific locations the one on raggard rd and the one on bashford manor, each and every single time I come here because it is convenient for me the nail tech changes the prices, this a chain company and the price reflects the same at every location, however, for some reason when I walk in I am always taxed an extra 10 dollars for service, this is not a manner of communication, rather a matter of the tech not liking me, however this is not a privately owned salon, and I like that because I know no matter where I go the price will be the same, which is budget friendly and again convenient. I can get my nails done grab my groceries and I'm done! I need some sort of management to address this ongoing issue, today the tech is going to overcharge me $40 for a fill in because I'm complaining about the price, I'm complaining about the price because in the same sentence the price went from 30 to 45 to 30 now because she doesn't want to do my nails I have to 40 DOLLARS! what makes it worse is everyone heard this and pretended the price isn't change this has to stop! I am not going to stop doing what's convenient for me because a person doesn't like me, maybe management should consider a more professional team that would abide by set prices and not change them at will this has been an ongoing issue but the first time I spoke about it and I would appreciate it if someone looked into this please contact me if you need more info thank you also I will be contacting the 866# as well
