An historic cemetery. Revolutionary soldiers are buried here along with Civil War Veterans. Numerous tall, impressive, historic headstones. This Cemetery is well maintained. They have spent significant time saving and restoring these old memorials. The grass is mowed on a regular basis and the area is trimmed neat and clean. A few if the stones have been vandalized but the maintenance people have tried to restore or support them. Truly a local historically museum.
The cemetery is not well taken care of but a still a nice place to stop at on a bike ride. There is a head stone about someone who had lived to 101 years of age.
