We had our heating system and some vents and ducts replaced as well as the old pipes in the basement dug out and replaced. Most of the men were polite and tried to keep the house tidy as they worked. The youngest man that worked on the plumbing was rude and did a few things that I was NOT happy about at all. Used my good towels, left my wet towels all over the floor and in the bathtub, as well as fondling my intimate and personal items that were put away so no one could see them. Other than the fact they trashed my bathroom they did pick up after themselves in the basement. The finished work was great but I do think there is a LOT of room for change with this company. Better communication and common sense would be something I would talk to these guys about.
