They did a good job repairing my zipper on my coat but forget to fix the loop in my coat that allows me to hang it even though the lady at the front had it marked. I inspected my coat before I paid for it, because It was my first time using their service and told her the loop wasn't resewn and said I would have to wait another week. I just paid the fee and left unsatisfied.
I've always had good service with dry cleaning here.
I needed a button and a zipper for a couple pairs of jeans i didnt want to throw away, so i took them here. When i went to pick them up, my bill was $32. I feel like a shmuck and wish i would have just done it myself because with that bill, i could have bought two new pairs.nnIn hindsight, this may be a good place to take an expensive pair of pants to get them fixed or dry cleaned, but i would not take another pair of jeans or low cost clothing.
