It’s been three weeks that they have had my mower. I’ve had to call twice for updates on it due to not being called with an update. Still have not been given a quote for what needs repairs either. Depending on how this weeks experience goes I may change my review. I’ve had other mowers repaired there before with a week turnaround time though.
Wish I could give them 10 stars. They were able to troubleshoot and diagnose in 20min what another company still couldnt figure out after three trips out. Just wish I would have called them first. Definitely my go to appliance repair company from here on out
Great place! Staff is fantastic! Even though it is over an hour away from my home, I will definitely return here.
The staff really takes this place to the next level. They are always very friendly and knowledgeable. They treat you like a neighbor, and are not at all pushy. They definitely have my business.
