French onion soup is the best thing going for them

Every SINGLE time we've ordered from this location they've messed up the order. I placed an order for p/u once and sat in the lot for 15 minutes without ever seeing an employee - per the sign, stay in your car someone will be out to greet you. We used to be regulars at LaRosa's. After moving to the area, I can safely say that we are no longer customers. Don't get me wrong, I enjoy the free food (LaRosa's credits) but enough is enough.

Good food and cold beer

I would give no stars if I could. This isn’t against the food, just the service. We came in and were never acknowledged. Servers were walking around and definitely saw us but never acknowledged our presence. We wait 15 minutes and then ended up leaving. Not okay.

I had the worst steak hoagy of my life the gas station down the street has a better one
