Arby's

I sat in a super long line (but it's dinner time, what do you expect), and finally got to the window only for their system to decline my card (even though the account has money on it, I still don't know why it did that) but the manager was so nice that he GAVE me the food I ordered and waited for, for free! I was so thankful!! I had such a bad evening at work and I think he could tell I was upset and frustrated... I'm so grateful. We need more workers like him! Thank you, Arby's! I really needed that beef n Cheddar to get me through the rest of my shift ud83dude0b

It’s sad to say this because we are regulars at this restaurant. My husband loves their breakfast. This morning my husband was running a bit later than usually but still stopped because it wasn’t 1030 yet as this is when breakfast is over. He arrives in the drive thru at the speaker at 1020 still within breakfast hours and was invited by 3 employees hanging out the front door one being the manager named Brandi smoking cigarettes yelling breakfast is over- no how can I help you none of this!!! I call and ask for the corporate phone number as I have called in given more good reviews than bad.... I was given the wrong phone number by the manager! I have however contacted the correct corporate for Arby’s! Keep treating customers and regular customers this way and you won’t have a business....

So today I thought I would try the drive thru again..I've always experienced really long lines and it takes forever..but today there were about 7 cars in line and they rocked it..order taken promptly and the line went so fast.. I dont know what happened but keep it up..super fast and great service!

Food is fresh n tasty love their orange cream shake too!!

The service is poor. They need more help or better employees
