Merchandise is twice the price of the big box stores. They DO NOT require thier staff to PROPERLY wear thier masks. They DO NOT require patrons to wear them at all. Disgusting!! We will NOT be back. We are spending thousands on materials elsewhere to rebuild our house. Thier loss.

Incompetence at its finest.nI went in there for electrical supplies, I was handled off to someone who works in the electrical department. When I described what I was looking for he had no idea. We then used the store employee's cellphone to call an electrician on speaker phone. At this time a supervisor came over and tried to assist. After ten minutes, of what seemed a lifetime, I gave up. I explained what we were wiring. I explained what I needed. I showed him what I needed on the shelf that was for residential. I just needed it for a commercial useud83dude44.nIt's not rocket science...

Nice hardware store. More selection than I thought it would be. I spent $250 so obviously it was a good stop ud83dudc4d

Way overpriced. The employees are nice in person but never know where stuff is. I've called a few times to get lumber prices and they give the vibe that I'm bothering them. They have a huge selection of stuff but like I said if your buying in bulk it much more convenient and price efficient to just drive the extra 15 miles to Lowes. The few times I was in the yard the guys out there were great. Helped me load and very friendly! Overall, if your looking to pick something up for a quick repair they will mostly have it and is a good spot to stop! Really wish they were better on pricing, I would make this my 1 stop shop for all my home improvement needs!

Nobody will greet you ever! If you need help finding something you're on your own.. I've never have anyone voluntarily ask if they can help me find something. I always have to roam around looking, then I have to find an employee who then looks irritated that I need help finding something.
