So even though I live 5 min from the shop and the plumbers were at my house only 35 min, they charge me for 15 min of their 30 minute journey to the next place. When I tried to call the billing lady to discuss this, she texted me in response instead of calling me back.nnGo with Deschutes Plumbing. Their labor is only $95 an hour and they are much more reasonable in estimates.
