Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

I had a very professional service experience and would recommend this company. Before the appointment they confirmed it with a call, Rich showed up, was pleasant, answered all my questions, got the job done and educated me to hopefully avoid future drain clog issues. This was the kind of service I expect and appreciate!

Thai was awesome to work with and really helped us out. Our lift station/grinder pump was going out and he got to the replacement really fast (next business day). He was great at explaining the mechanics of the system which made me not think twice about having the work done. Highly recommend!

Our sewer was backed so I called around 8:00am and the tech showed up much quicker than I figured at about 9:30am. Thai had our clog diagnosed and fixed in no time. He did an excellent job of explaining all the different services he could provide and gave me solutions I was happy with. This was my first Roto-Rooter call and I will for sure use them again if needed in the future. Thanks!
