Ted is great. I have called him on several occasions and he always gets back to me and is easy to work with. His pricing is reasonable. I prefer the local guys instead of the big companies who charge $150 just to pour a chemical down the drain.

Ted is awesome! Super fast response to my message. Super quick getting here. Super fast replacing the old leaky valve on the water heater with a nice shiny new one! Great price too. Couldn't ask for more! BTW still waiting for a call back from someone else I called...
