Taco Bell

They no longer serve shredded chicken anything and that is what I came here for... Only to get stuck in the drive-through with people behind me so I can’t back out and people in front of me who apparently ordered a whole bunch of food because I’ve been sitting here a good 10 minutes or so already. One car pulled away.nnPrevious experiences were okay, except there was no sign on the door saying we can’t come in and use the restroom or whether they’re drive-through only. Second time I am in this drive through jiggling for want of a restroom. Maybe next time I’ll remember.

I do not kow what happened. We were one car away from ordering and thwy just stopped taking orders. No one came put to tell customers what was going on. After about 15 minutes waiting, sitting g behind one car who never ordered, we backed out and left. There was a line of cars behind us who left as well. When we pulled around the front of the building while leaving there were no cars at the window to pick up food. Very disappointed.

Gave me food poison and just tasted horrible. Worst experience in my life. All my other experiences there was alright but this time it just went rock bottom.

On monday, Nov 30 went thru drive thru and ordered a #7. Did not receive the taco that is included with the meal. Tried calling several times and no one would answer the phone. The amount of disrespect I just got was totally unnecessary... first there were no lights indicating that the store was even open but I looked online and it said they were so I drove through the drive through, they took quite a while to take my order and they were blunt with me. Then I get the window and not a single word was said to me. They just took my card and slammed the window.. gave me my card back and slammed the window... gave me my food and I said thank you but never the less they slammed the door again. The customer service here was terrible. I also got home and my food looks like it was thrown together.
