Nu-Yale Cleaners

If I could give this place 0 stars I absolutely would! Hands down the worst drycleaners I have ever used! I brought in 2 jackets to have the arm length taken in. SIMPLE ALTERATIONS!!! They told me it would take a week. I came in to pick them up the day they were supposed to be ready. They told me that it wasn't quite done yet and to come back in a day or so, which I was completely ok with. So a few days pass and I go try to pick them up again. The guy at the counter could not tell me a lick of information on my jackets. He did not know if they were done, started, or even where they were. This time I leave, slightly annoyed. So then I let the weekend go by and Monday afternoon during lunchtime I go for the THIRD time. The lady at the counter said it was in the process of getting bagged and would arrive back at the store that afternoon. Sweet! ...... or so I thought! After going back for now the 4th time, they give me back my jackets with absolutely NO alterations done!!!! They said they did not properly pin the sleeves back before transit to the seamstress. Ok. First off, I was in the store 3 separate times and not once did ANY of the employees tell me a word about this. Second, they have my phone number on file and not once did they call me. I would have been ok with going in to remeasure. But not even a phone call. I at least got my jackets back, but I'll certainly never go back to this place!

I'm an executive that travels on a regular basis and has the need to have dress shirts, suits and slacks cleaned weekly. I recently move my cleaning needs to NuYale in Sellersburg IN. I have tried now for several months to get a clean shirt back from NuYale that is wrinkle free and with a straight collar to no avail. Despite their efforts to get at least one shirts correct out of thirty the manager needs some lessons in customer service. Her response to everything is I don't clean the items. I would NOT recommend NuYale for any reason. They seem to struggle with the concept good customer service and providing quality product.

Very attentive and super friendly service. Thorough, knowledgeable, and an over all great job. Clothes returned perfect and packaged to stay cleaned until needed.

Had a problem and they made good on it.

Pleasant experience with the employees. A tad overpriced. It was $8.40 to have 1 sweater dry cleaned. I haven't had anything dry cleaned in a while, but I feel that that is expensive. Overall, great service.
