Chad the technician was awesome. Communicated well and worked very quickly and efficiently. Cleaned up everything. I would highly recommend Metro as they are very quick and reasonable.

I’ve been using Metro Plumbing for 17 years and have always had a great experience. They’ve ran pipes, fixed leaks, installed a faucet, water heater, sump pump & back up water propelled sump pump-which I highly recommend. Never felt I was being upselled. Always on time and professional. Shout out to Will who usually services our house and takes the time to explain everything to me.

Will not call me back about a warranty issue. Have called for weeks and was promised I'd be called the next day, in 20 minutes, never to be called. Hate leaving negative reviews but this has been so frustrating.

Very horrible way to take care of customer the guy who came out said its impossible to fix the problem and instead of telling the actual owner of the house he just left after telling the contractors I had working for me. What Kline of business does that. I would not recommend metro plumbing to anyone and I personally will never go back not now not ever.
