They now have gluten-free bread and their sandwiches were really good!
My husband and I stopped in today for lunch, and we were both very impressed with the manager and his staff. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. I have a gluten intolerance, and they took care with changing gloves and wiping down equipment before preparing my sandwich and all with a smile, and not as if they were inconvenienced with my order. Because of my food intolerance, it is very difficult to eat meals away from home, so I am very appreciative of having a place like Jersey Mike's where I can trust my food is prepared safely. I really wish I got the manager's name. He was awesome. He made sure his employees stayed busy, and he checked on his patrons. He also made sure my order was okay. We will definitely be back!
Jersey Mike's is about as good as it gets for sub sandwiches. We love it.
Writing this at I eat my meal in the store (1:00 on a Saturday, 2/29). Excellent customer service (2 men working), very kind and personable. Food was made promptly and tastes delicious (love the classic Philly on a wrap). Clean store, even the bathroom. I recommend!
