Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

I’ve been to this location a few times and have never had bad service. I would never say the service or the food were anything to write home about but it was never bad. Saturday 9/26 my family and I went in for lunch.....we were a table of 7. Our server was Julie and she was absolutely amazing. She was at our table multiple times and made sure we had everything we needed. The food was fantastic. I also saw a couple come in and one was in a boot and their server got them a stool to prop their foot on. I can’t say enough about how great our visit was on Saturday!

Food was great and the service was great and they were friendly.

Burger came out burnt. Sent it back and got another burnt burger. Won't be back!

Great burgers but when I asked what waitresses get for a tip I was told by my waitress it was 20% of the check instead of the traditional 15% on a $100 ticket that didn't even get refills

Service was super quick. Wait staff was very friendly and helpful. The food tasted amazing. We were well pleased with our meal.
