Boombozz Pizza & Watch Bar - Jeffersonville

My wife is in the food service industry & I am a United States Army Veteran. We go out quite often and we both agreed that we have not had a great night out in a long time... Until tonight, the service was amazing. The hostess’s were wonderful, the food was amazing, the drinks were ice cold, and the server William, was the best. He had great conversation but not to much and his personality was uplifting to say the least. We will definitely return and hope to be waited on by him again. We were also pleasantly surprised by their Military gratitude discount. Thank you all for a wonderful night, we don’t have many of them anymore. God Bless & God Speed!

Went there tonight 9/11/2020, had THE BEST SERVER didn’t catch his name but he was training a girl. They where both very nice and very helpful at helping us decide what to eat. The restaurant was clean and everyone working was doing a great job. The food is worth the money! Definitely coming back!

Great and friendly employees. The food was very good and on game nights certain draft beer is only $2.00 for a tall. Appetizers $2.00 also. I would recommend this place to all family and friends. We really love Boombozz

First time ever being there today and the last. Could not get waited on, finally had to ask someone they were not busy. Waitress took our drink order, there was only two of us disappeared , then when she came back said she'd be back to take our order in a minute and again disappeared. Our pizza was not very good my son said a DiGiorno would have been better. Not impressed at all

I have never been so upset and disappointed as we were last night. After being seated and getting our drink order taken and served we never saw our original server again. We waited over 30 minutes for our food and had to ask someone picking up our used plates for refills. There was a table by us where they were drinking a lot. The server who brought our drinks was obviously related to these people because he stayed at their table over 20 minutes and never returned to us. The female manager finally came over and we expressed our disappointment and she said sorry. That was it. We never felt listed to or did we feel they could care less. I also talked to the male manager and expressed our disappointment and he apologized but again that was it. We spent $65 and left very upset. The food was good once we got it but the blatant non-service ruined it.nn***follow up!! Was just called right away by Judy and she was gracious, apologetic and assured me this would be rectified!! I’m so impressed with the quick response and we will give them another chance because their food is amazing!!! Thank you Judy!!!
