My 12 year old son Brought himself a foot long with his own money that he received for his birthday.nHis sandwich was over $8.00 ....SUBWAY currently has a deal that you can get 2 foot longs for $10.00 .... The employee refused to let him get the deal because she rung it up and closed it out before we knew about the deal....still in store....I asked the manager if we could pay the difference & get another sandwich or could she just void the ticket & redo it.... The manager on duty was rude & lacked customer service skills. Told us absolutely not!!!! She hurt my sons feelings & his little pride.... he wanted that other sandwich for his lunch tomorrow....it’s summer break for goodness sakes!!!nI will NEVER support this location again until the staff is better trained. It takes nothing to be kind & make the customers happy.... especially a kid.
