Machine kept giving error attendant was helpful when I asked for help. She called owner to see about refund.. owner said no all you have to do is mess with the door. Well worth the couple of bucks lost to know NOT to come back to this location if I ever need this kind of service again. On the lighter side the quarter game was fun while I waited.
The laundromat is clean with well maintained machines. We've always had wonderful and friendly customer service. My family started using the convenient drop off service Aunt Bee's offers. Been using the drop off service for many years now. Highly recommend and satisfied. I'd give 10 stars to this establishment if was able.
I absolutely love Aunt Bee’s the newest Attendant Stacy is always greeting with a smile an hello she was very helpful with my questions an also helped entertain my rambunctious 4 yo while I was loading my laundry in the washers an also throughout our time at Aunt Bees i come here for 2-4 times a month an have noticed how very sparkly shiny and clean the mat has become since our now favorite attendant has started she is an awesome person to not only the customers but their children as well Thank you Stacy for all your hard work and help I appreciate you so much!!
I was very happy with this laundromat. It was clean and most importantly, Stacy was very helpful. She was super nice. I will be returning on Saturday mornings. Thank you, Stacy!
I love that it’s always clean inside and out and they have reasonable prices for the amount of clothes I have to wash every week. Destiny is always friendly and outgoing, if I have any issues her or one of the other staff members are always there to help and answer any of my questions
