Terrible!! The whole experience was a nightmare and the most frustrating part is exactly what the last review from Lori C. said they can not admit they made a mistake. We took my daughters formal dress in to be hemmed for homecoming. A formal dress (as I'm sure anyone who has ever worn one knows..) is long enough to cover the shoe or rests on top of the shoe. We took my daughter for two different fittings..each time the dress was pinned correctly, resting over her shoe. I picked the dress up the day before the homecoming event and when my daughter got home from school she tried it on. It was cut at least 4 inches above her ankle, it looked ridiculous! Of course my daughter, a 16 year old on the homecoming court was devastated. As was I! We payed $450 for the dress and she was unable to wear it. We waited for the owner to get back in the country confident she would help rectify the situation. She did not offer any solution, we asked her to buy the dress, she refused. She did not even refund the $80 we payed her to ruin the dress. When I asked her what she was going to do to compensate us for the dress, she shrugged her shoulders and said nothing.
