Polite and courteous knowledge staff. Good variety of stock for most common hardware needs. I always check at Harbor Freight 1st to set my pricing expectations for items I am looking to purchase before looking elsewhere. It's no secret that one gets what one pays for. With that said I would encourage anyone shopping for a mid to high end product to research that product first and then use their conclusions to make an informed decision about what they are purchasing.

Fun! We love just looking for stuff we need but I get frustrated sometimes just finding those items. Organized different than my brain works. Really don't want a scavenger hunt but sure get some great deals.

On today's date 08/01/2020 I entered Harbor Freight to return a defective jack. I spoke with a female manager, did not catch her name. I explained my situation with the jack. She replaced it with a new one. I appreciate their customer service and reasonableness when something isn't up to spec. Thank you to the female manager for helping me! I truly appreciate it, you rock!

Stopped by today, they didn't have several things I went for. The main reason for the review is about the cashier Alec. He was very rude to several older customers that were in front of me in line. It was over the price of an item, they couldn't understand him through his mask as he was trying to explain to them. I had a hard time understanding him because he was mumbling and talking very low. I won't be returning to this store again.

Thanks to the helpful clerk named Jeff and his young trainee. Was met at the door by a rude young man operating the register telling me to put a mask on! Mask police. Don't want them.
