We couldn't be more pleased and extremely happy we found Mr. Redd for the service we needed. Our son had a vehicle accident which left a tremendous amount of blood, mostly on the driver's side, but scattered throughout the interior, as well. In addition, the entire vehicle was covered in dog hair, from front to rear, including under the seats with no cleaning of the interior for well over 2 years. It was trashed!nMr. Redd did not guarantee he could remove all the blood stains or even the pet hair, but would try his very best. I am a person not easily pleased, with high expectations, but accepted what he said. When we picked up the vehicle, there was no evidence of blood or stains and not one single dog hair to be found anywhere, not even under the seats! The interior was cleaned and polished to perfection!!! All evidence of dog odor was gone too! I was amazed the job he did! Mr. Redd is a very kind, respectful, truthful, and professional man, a true pleasure to work with. This was not an easy job, but the final result proves how much pride he puts into his hard work.nAnd the cost? He should've charged us double!!!

If you are looking to get your car detailed, Mr. Redd is the guy to do it. He is professional, up-front, and honest. Unlike big company detailers who pump out tons of cars, Mr. Redd actually takes pride in his work and will make sure your vehicle is the best that it can be. I was very impressed with the wonders that he was able to do to my paint. Highly recommend!!

Customer Service is what ReddERedd is ALL ABOUT! I called on a Thursday evening to try and find someone to detail my car. My sone was dur in from VA to pick up the car to take back an I really wanted to have it CLEAN, especially on the inside. At first he said he didn't have time in such a short notice. But the more I talked to him he realized how important it was to me. That evening on his way home he came to my house and looked at the job and said bring it Friday afternoon late and he would work on it and i could pick it up Saturday morning on my way to the airport to meet my son. OMG, i can't tell you what a beautiful job he did. CLEAN was what the inside was. The upholstery, the floor mats and floors, the dash and windows sparkled from top to bottom. I can't Thank him enough for all he did at such a short time. THANK YOU! I have told everybody about him and the excellent service. We are taking our car in a few weeks and have it done outside and in. So glad I found them. They ROCK!
