Zips Car Wash

Couldn’t even clean the wheels. I paid 15 dollars for what I thought was a good wash and the only thing clean on my truck is the windows. Even the tire shine system didn’t do the job because now I have 2 tires partially coated and 2 that are not. Let’s just say I’ll be washing my vehicles myself because I know I can coat tires evenly.

I use to really like this place before ZIPs bought it. The wash just doesn’t get your car clean. I have a white 2016 Kia Soul, the wash always misses most of the rear to the car. Prep station for bug removal is always dirty buckets and cleaning brushes look like they could damage more that clean. I purchased the premium wash at $15.00 after twice thru the wash car still wasn’t clean, so I requested a refund. I finally got a clean car at a different place. I feel the company has sped up the wash and it doesn’t give it a chance to clean properly. Staff is fairly friendly but didn’t have face masks on and was more concerned about checking their phone.

was impressed with the quality of the wash i received. less impressed with the self-service vacuum. suction was non exsistent.

I don’t know who the lady is working tonite (10/6/2020) but she deserves a HUGE raise or bonus! I think she’s all alone with a line 6 deep and 3 wide. You go girl! You got this...

My only complaint is the employees only occassionally give my car the spray down thats part of my package. I know it comes with it. I notice everytime
