I had an absolutely wonderful experience shopping here. I have to give Kudos to one of their employees named Rachael. She was VERY helpful. I needed an obscure lawnmower key duplicated and cut. Every other business I've asked flat out told me no. No one else would let me explain that the center locking grooves doesn't matter for my mower, only the two large grooves at the base of the key and the teeth matter. Rachael was willing to give it a shot with a similarly proportioned blank key. It took a couple of dud keys but she eventually produced a key that looked similar to mine. I got home, put it in my riding lawnmower and it fired right up! So now, if I lose the original key, I won't be forced to replace the entire starter! Excellent service!

Today I was in your store buying chick mealworms and scratch food for my chickens. I asked the person at the counter for mosquito spray and was told in home and garden. When I said I was unable to find it the person at the counter totally ignored me and asked me if I had some card. I was upset caused mosquitoes love me and my grandson. No help what so ever!!! The only thing I found under that sign was farm toys!! Nothing else!! I am really upset by the lack of help and had to buy my spray supplies at another store with another stop and 3 kids in the car. What kind of customer service do you have. I sure can buy my chicken supplies elsewhere too. Judy Tureson

Bought a 50 lb bag of Pedigree dog food for what I thought was $17.99 according to the sticker on the shelf but was charged $25.73. When i called the store to see about getting the $8.00 difference I was told to bring the receipt and product back to the store and they would give me my money back but I needed the dog food, didn't want to reload and unload a 50 lb bag of dog food and besides I paid with a card wouldn't get that money back on my card for at least a couple of days. Orscheln's I would've been happy with the $8.00 difference or even a store credit, but you go ahead STEAL my $8.00 in a time when money is tight for alot of folks because apparently you all need it worse than I do, but you will not ever get another penny from me nor will I ever refer anyone to your stores. I will shop and refer people to stores where the sticker on the shelf is honored and customer satisfaction is important. Very disappointed with this store and how this issue was handled.
