My boyfriend went through a week or two back and it wasn’t stocked with soap. He paid for an ultimate wash and got no soap at all. Just went through it today, give it a second chance, they had soap, but it didn’t rinse all the soap off, so now driving down the road will soap on our car. Try to call the number and it takes you to voicemail. Not to mention, the machine looks rusty and dirty and the walls on the inside look like they need a good cleaning themselves.
Stole my money for the third and last time today. If you dont want to maintain your property you could at the least close, or put out of order on the car washes that are down.
It's horrible . I have in the past used it twice a week the last two months I have wasted probably over fifty to sixty dollars easy. It only has rinse and high pressure soap and that don't even work right I have left a note in the door for the owners/worker's and told them there is major issues and I would like to at least have a small refund I left my phone number and all and it's been at least a week and half still herd nothing and I just went there and it was worse than last time I don't recommend this place I am let down and disappointed because I have spent a small fortune there and I used it twice a week for years and now it's went to this

This place is ridiculous!! I went there a couple of weeks ago to wash my truck. My card was charged twice and the wash bay door never opened for me to go through. I called the number on the receipt about 15X. No one ever answers and their mailbox is full! So, that's $18 gone and my truck is still dirty!!
