Taylorsville Elementary School

Taylorsville? You mean some of the worst years of my schooling experience? Sure, I was lucky to have nice teachers for maybe...two grades, but even then, I was considered a smart kid. Advanced. Yet when I got to middle school, I knew nothing. I was underaverage, and nearly failed multiple classes several times. Don't send your kid here if you have the choice. Especially if it's anything like what it was when I went.

A hell hole. Better pray your child isn't different from the other kids or else you'll be paying for anti-depressants. The staff have no clue how to handle bullying. Many of the students were behind by the time they got to middle school. Can't tell you how many times my child came home with news that a teacher was fired because they were a child predator. Protect your kids. Go somewhere else.

They are getting better but still need work

This is an awesome school,Ive put my daugther ,1grandchild,& my youngest brother thru here,,and my youngest grandaugther is going to start 1st grade here this fall.. The staff and teachers are the best around,,and since Ive been here the last say 20yrs,,I speak from the heart.

The school is very organized and clean
