Subway

This store is ALWAYS out of product - bread, meats, toppings. There is always only one person that is actually working. The store and bathrooms are always filthy. I have given this store multiple chances (before and after COVID-19) and now I will drive a lot further just to have a better experience.

When I pulled up in the drive through, I was the only one in line. (Apparently there was one other car that had already ordered that was waiting at the window for their food) First, I was told they couldn’t even take my order until the person in front of me got their food. 15-20min later they took my order (which was taken incorrectly after repeating it all slowly 3x). When I finally pulled up, paid, and proceeded to the second window I see that they were somehow able to take the orders of the two cars behind me even though they couldn’t take mine originally with only one car ahead of me at the window and had even given the car behind me their food from the first window. They did apologize for the wait claiming that their food was frozen and had to be thawed.. however I am still waiting here first in line for over an hour now for 2 sandwiches. Will not be returning to this location for sure.

I would highly recommend not to go to this store. Guy named James has no customer service skills and no personal hygiene knowledge. Worst restaurant I have ever been to.

This guy named James was very nasty and dirty. He was using his hands without washing it. We asked him for the deal, and he wouldn’t wanna tell give us any even we had 5$ off for a sandwich. Very very bad customer service. Never going back. Very rude guy

Clean store. Friendly employees and fast service. Excellent quality.
