We called Brandon for a second opinion about our hot water issue after another company wanted to outright replace our water heater despite it being only a few years old. Brandon quickly identified a broken component after describing the issues we were having and replaced all within the same visit. We have hot water again and are so thankful we gave him a call as he saved us the huge expense of replacing a water heater. Definitely will skip over the other company going forward and give Brandon a call with any future issues!
