My technician, Chris Williams, was no-nonsense and got right to work. He evaluated my gas pipes that were causing problems due to an incorrect sealant, and removed, cleaned, and resealed the entire line. I was back up and running in less than an hour, and Chris provided me some helpful tips and suggestions to maintain my gas lines in excellent condition for the foreseeable future. The price was excellent for the service provided, and the peace of mind is invaluable. Great work!

He even gave me a tutorial about how to shop for a kitchen faucet.nWhen we got our new furnace and A/C earlier this year, the salesman was helpful, not high-pressure. When installing they stayed late to make sure the job was done, even changing out workers midway through as needed. Cleaned up nicely afterward, and even hung around to make sure I knew how to use the new thermostat.nnI'm on maintenance plan, and the guys are always professional, personable, and do a good job. We had a major leak and Summers was the first and only company I called. Believe it or not, the reason I called them was because they sent me a Christmas card! Personal contact is always the best!!! They are the only company that I will use for heating, Air conditioning and plumbing!!!
