Holding short of 5 stars as I need to wait and watch for consistency - the work was done only this morning. I found them really responsive and prompt at fixing up an appointment. The technician was professional, pleasant and answered all questions more than satisfactorily. The pricing was very very reasonable, over 60% less compared to another local plumbing company that also quoted for the same job and over 30% less compared to a quote from the original company that first did the plumbing when the house was constructed. I had to replace a burst external hose that had to be accessed from the inside of the house. The dry wall was neatly cut, almost seamless, saving me some additional money that I would have otherwise spent on repairing the dry wall.nnMy only hope is that the same level of promptness and responsiveness holds true for both existing and new/ potential clients. What a great looking shower and it was installed outside for people that love the water. It is taken in every year since Indiana get freezing temperatures.

Raw sewage started flowing into my basement this morning. We called Barr and they dropped everything and came out. The quickly identified and fixed the problem. I highly recommend them.
