Thank you for sending your A-Team to install my new central heat/air unit on Friday, Nov. 27, 2020. They were extremely kind, considerate and respectful as they installed my new system. They were also very competent with the installation process . You have a winning team with these guys -From Jeff who came out to give the estimate to Nick and Cody who did the install. They even made sure they cleaned up their work area before leaving. Everyone I dealt with at Reliable Heating and Air, including Lisa who coordinated my appointment and of course my daughter Cindy who facilitated the process for me, was very nice, kind and professional!!nThank you again for getting the job scheduled quickly and for sending this awesome team to do the job!!

Guys were very professional and very personable. They explained everything they were going to do prior to starting. They worked quietly and listened if my husband and I had any questions or comments. They were readily able to answer all questions. They gave full instructions on the new, smart thermostat. They cleaned everything up completely. We were very pleased with them. The dogs liked them, too.

I have been using Reliable Comfort for the past several years now. They put in a brand new Hydron Module geothermal heat pump for us about 5 years ago and they perform all of my 6 month scheduled maintenance on that unit to keep it in tip top shape. I have been very happy with their services. They are very knowledgeable, informative of the services being rendered and friendly. I plan to remain a customer for as long as they keep up with the good work. It's a great company.

We have been using Reliable since the flood of 2008 for our HVAC needs. They are always professional in manner and well-qualified. We just had a new AC and Heating system installed. They finished the job in one day. The following day we noticed the pilot light on our gas water had been extinguished accidentally during the install. As soon as we reported it to Reliable, they had someone out to relight it within an hour at no charge. Always pleased with their work.
