Fantastic technician to work with. Was prompt and on time. Took the time to explain everything he was doing and gave us a very reasonable price on the repairs. Bob was a great representative and very knowledgeable. Would highly recommend Johnson plumbing and heating.
Paul was incredibly professional and fixed our leak in a surprisingly short amount of time. Our house was flooded due to this leak and he was empathetic and knowledgeable about what to do. Midwest Remediation was called and Jason had a crew together and they were working on cleaning and prepping our house within two hours. I’m truly impressed. Johnson has done work for us in the past and we will continue to work with them. They are honest, fair and do great, quality work!
Paul is great! Have used them over the last few years and they’ve always done an excellent job. They only do just what is necessary to save us money. And they’re always here within a couple of days. Most important they’ve earned our trust!
They came out same day for my sump pump and diagnosed it and fixed it for cheaper then the system i had before. Very professional and knowledgable about the system and showed me how it works and what to look for. Also put me on a inexpensive plan to be serviced multiple times a year for all my heating, cooling, and plumbing needs.
The technician, Bob, was very thorough. He explained everything he did, and went over future maintenance with us. He had to replace a used filter in our humidifier, and obtained our approval of the cost before the work was performed. The cost of the filter was reasonable.
