Pizza is great, and was ready ontime
Good food, but bad customer service. Ordered a pizza at 1104 am. Told it will be delivered between 1140 and 1150. Noon rolls around, i call the place to ask for a update, girl answers the phone and says she will check a few min go by then she hangs up the phone. I call back and they answer, doesn't say a word for two min. A min later the app says out for delivery. 1230 now, still no pizza.
Marcos Pizza has continuously provided us with fresh, hot and delicious food!!
Food was good but there's a worldwide pandemic and none of the workers were wearing masks!!! However they required the customers to wear masks and social distance but food prep workers should wear masks! If we contract Coronavirus because of this I'll be very upset.
Went to the Columbus location on Two Mile House Rd. Tonight to grab some dinner for the family and the lady that took my order went above and beyond to make sure our order was perfect. Just want to thank you Chelsie and I hope that you are recognized as a great employee, we'll definitely be back!
