I'm pleased everytime, never had an issue, they do as I always ask

I had an appointment with Shania to put blonde highlights in my hair . We decided to do a blonde and brown foil weave. My hair turned out orange/red which I did not want, so she said we could schedule a redo. Went in for the redo three days later Tanya did my redo. She weaved a lot of blonde in my hair which is what I wanted. When she got done she said there would be green/blue in my hair from the toner but it would wash out in a couple of days. When I got home and looked at my hair closer in the mirror there was a big blob of dark blue in the back of my hair and a lot of dark blue all over the ends of my hair. I'm trying some stuff I've googled hoping that I can get in out because it's not washing out like she said it would. I feel like a good hair styles the cares about their clients would never have let them walk out of a salon with blue/green in their hair and would have fixed it right then and there. Other styles at that salon have done a very good job on my hair. Maybe the reviews should be on the stylest not the salon. Don't complain when you get a bad review because if you would have taken care of your client you would not be getting a bad review.

I feel like no one here knows what they are doing. Yes, they're inexpensive but it's truly worth it to spend a little extra and go to a better salon.

It's great to be able to make appointments ahead of time, even weeks out. Then I know I can get in right exactly when I need to. Always a positive atmosphere! Stylists look professional and listen to customer needs and wants!
