Had my formal wedding dress hemmed at WASHINGTON DESIGNS in Columbus. They graciously offered to iron it for me . Thought it was weird they didn't have me try it on when I picked it up. Took it out of the bag on Sat to try it on and it has Massive water spots all over the front! Immediately took it to the dry cleaners to see if they can fix it. Don't have an answer back yet. Left a message for Washington Designs and asked them to pay the dry cleaning bill. Linda, the owner, just called and told me the stains were there when I brought it in and she was going to call me about it, but she was hoping they wouldn't be noticeable. . . Really??? Again, told her there were NO stains on the dress when I brought it in. She said there were and hung up on me! Great customer service! Guess my only recourse is to save someone else from having to deal with this unscrupulous business. Spread the word!
