Okay, here goes. The service and food is great. But it is expensive. I got two bacon and cheese burgers one a double, one large fry, two milkshakes which cost me $31.00 and change. Maybe you all don't think this high but for a normal guy it is. I can eat at one of the greatest places in Columbus which is the Sirloin Stockade for about four times and eat very good food as much as I want and there is beautiful Suzanne and her helpers who look after you to make sure your satisfied. Sorry Five Guys good food but there is better places to eat. I just named one and you know they'll be hard to beat.

Very friendly. Food is excellent and fresh. I live the french fries. I usually get one order and share it with my mom but I don't think I'm going to do that anymore. I want all the fries for myself.

Ordered my food online on Sunday night. My food was supposed to be done by 8:17p. I got there at 8:30p, it still wasn’t ready. Now, I realize that fries are supposed to made to order. When I got there, the cashier let them know that I was there, I waited and waited and waited and no one told me my food was ready. People came and went, at 8:48p I went up to the fry cool and asked for my order. He grabbed my burgers and gave me cold fries that were left. I waited an extra 20 minutes and still didn’t even get hot fries! I’ve worked in customer service for about 20 years, I know it gets busy and it’s rough! But that was bad. THEY WEREN’T EVEN BUSY!

The staff is always so friendly and efficient. Even offered me a cup of ketchup so that I could reminisce of pre-COVID days! Thanks for a great lunch and the smile that always comes with it.
