The Evening lady that was working was very helpful, polite and punctual! Who ever is her Centris is a miracle worker! I had a formal dress that needed several alterations. It was done quickly and can’t even tell I had anything done to it! Also very reasonable price for time frame!
Asked for sleeves to be rolled up and collar to raise in back on a linen shirt. When came to pick up was not done. Left for another day and the sleeves were just rolled up and collar not done. The lady was very apologetic but didn’t know why they didn’t listen to the instructions.

They said they couldn't wash clothes in cold water, but they would “try to have it done”. Most of my clothes I dropped off for cleaning returned shrunk... Trying to get in touch with the owner is impossible and the managers are mostly uninformed. Columbus really needs more businesses for laundering and dry cleaning.
I was referred here by BLoved (a dress shop), I am VERY pleased. They were honest, quick, reasonably priced. Called me with a question. Even hemmed the dress for me! Will deftly go back! Very impressed!
