Called Design Air at 5pm because AC was not cooling.. They dispatched Jack Rome who arrived at 6pm (amazing and in a heat wave)nJack did a diagnostic survey, checked attic and thermostats and the outside compressor. He was efficient, highly competent . Determined that the Freon needed a charge & did so and within an hour we were cooled down. He advised of the benefit of a Freon line dye test to be sure there was no physical leak. He was not doing a “sales” job. He explained everything he doing and why in a way that a non-tech could understand.He was extremely pleasant to deal with.nHe’s a great addition to the Design Air team.nn11/18/20Today Jack returned to examine whether the Freon dye test disclosed any leaks. It did not. He spent at least a half hour in the cramped attic checking the line with a blue light. Then went outside to the compressor and checked it out as well. Always professional, informative and thorough.

Bart was very knowledgeable of both the products and the financing involved. He helped explore and tailor solutions for our situation. He was very prompt and professional; every encounter he was courteous and respectful. Both the heating and cooling systems were top-of-the-line, we're very happy with the purchase and warranty. The technicians who came to do the installation were also were professional and knowledgeable. We asked for a quote with another company, but Design Air did exceedingly well. We're very happy with our decision to go with Design Air.

Design Air remains an excellent company with great customer service and friendly, knowledgeable technicians - I’ve been using them for years and they’ve been great. Today Dan quickly corrected a problem with my heating system today - he was a very friendly, very knowledgeable and pleasant person. He had my boiler working properly very quickly and I’m very happy with the service. Thank you very much.

Rob arrived early and diagnosed issue quickly. Was able to get replacement part in one day (Saturday) and will come back to finish repair. Greatly appreciated as we have no heat or hot water without it. Great job by Rob and Design Air.nnSaturday update -- Due to outstanding effort made by Jay (traveling to Middletown, NY to pick up part on Saturday morning and deliver to Rob) and Rob, the part was installed Saturday morning as promised and the hot water and heat are working again. Great job!

I was referred to Design Air by a co worker. They set an appointment for the same day. They texted me beforehand to let me know that the service guy was on his way, and they included his name and photo. I love that! Dan was a nice, polite guy, who gave a sense of calmness and knowledge. He was professional and told us the options. This was our first experience with Design Air, and we’re happy to have found them.
