Adrian and Brian are two of the best technicians I have ever worked with. They both are knowledgeable, responsive, highly skilled, professional, and strive to delight the customer.
Derrick the owner is not satisfied until the customer is, welcomes questions, and resolves all concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
The administrative staff have been extremely helpful resolving a variety of issues, especially Karly, and another staff person who helped on a question regarding scope (whose name I cannot recall, apologies).
I can recommend Roadrunner without any reservation.
I spoke with Karly and Stephanie this morning to schedule a convenient time and date for the inspection and repair of my heating system. Both of these customer service specialists were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I have used this company before and have found their technical staff to be very competent. It is nice to deal with a company whose in-house staff is as professional as their technical staff -- a good team.
I work for a couple that have used this service for years though I am only familiar with the last two years as Property Manager. My experience is that the service is going down since I have come on site. I have been vocal about their service in writing and on the phone. My issue is they are not thorough with the 5 Coolers we have on property or with the service details performed... In fact I would appreciate any heads up with issues around the coolers since we have the opening and closing contract with them... but they are unable to offer this. I get no response, and it appears they could care less about this long standing account.
Roadrunner's team is top notch. Jorge Castillo figured out a plumbing 'mystery' regarding a non-working shower hot water tap. His professionalism and expertise exceeded our expectations. Thank you Jorge and all at Roadrunner who went the extra mile to get our shower working again!
Employees/workers are respectful and polite. They go about their work promptly, attending to the job. When working as a team of two, their cooperation and team effort is very impressive. I have never heard any joking around or foul language from the different workers who service my account. I have never had to complain about the work performed by Roadrunner employees.
