Is a great place to do laundry and drop off service.nThe owner is very attentive. The laundromat is very clean and very neat . Great place to do laundry . The washing machines they look new. I love this place.

I go to this laundromat religiously every week because it’s quick, cheap, and the place is clean. However this last trip I was very disappointed. There are clearly signs that say do not enter if not wearing a mask and no folding allowed. Basically put your stuff in the washer/dryers leave and come back due to social distancing. This past trip I seen multiple customers walk in and out with no mask on, another sitting inside with no mask sitting on her phone while her husband folded, he had a mask on. The attendant didn’t say a word and allowed it. I’ve noticed this place allows certain customers to slide and not follow the rules. This place is not big at all and at the end of the day you are putting your other other customers at risk and it’s just not a good look. Luckily I am moving in a few weeks out of town and will have my own washer and dryer and won’t be needing your services anymore.

I work in healthcare, during this pandemic. I scheduled a laundry pick up and drop off. They told me they would pick my laundry up by 1pm, so I left my stuff outside my house while I went to work. I came home around 6pm and MY CLOTHES WERE STILL OUTSIDE! When I called they said that someone had come already, but clearly they hadn't. Finally someone came around 7. The next day I decided to pick up my clothes instead of having them dropped off to avoid another problem. When I called to confirm that I was picking up my clothes a man named Caesar answered and said that they did not have my laundry and it was never dropped off there. I finally did wind up getting my laundry once they magically found it. They had THE WORST customer service I've ever experienced in my entire life. They were rude, unorganized, blamed ME for everything, and STILL CHARGED ME FULL PRICE. Absolutely ridiculous, will NEVER step foot in that place again. Unless you want to feel like your business doesn't matter, don't go here.
