They are great, they do very good job keeping my car clean, i have a wash plan i go 3 to 4 times a week to get my car washed

I love coming here, it’s convenient they do a lovely job and they’re prices are pretty good; but i was here last week and as my car was getting vacuumed one of the workers hit my door with another patrons, i wasn’t too upset until i got home now there’s a nice ol scratch on the door. I’m sure if you run the cameras back you will 100% see it. He wiped down the other patrons door just in case there were any marks but left mine looking bad.

I was so excited about the price and how clean my car looked from a distance, but when I got close I realized the mats were not thoroughly cleaned and parts of the exterior were still dirty. I was still generally satisfied as the staff was friendly and it was a decent job. BUT I then realized my hood was all chipped. I have a brand new car and this sort of chipping will continue to grow and look awful. I’ll need to get my hood repainted which is expensive! I spoke to the owner and not only did he refuse to consider the damage was his fault, he was extremely rude. I work for a family owned business and I’ve always been taught to treat the customer with respect and try your best to resolve the situation. He was short with me and did not try in the slightest to hear me out. I’m positive the paint was not damaged before this wash so please be careful, it’s not worth it. EVEN IF it wasn’t his fault, the owner of a business should never be so unprofessional. Looking into this subject I found this is a common problem with car washes so please don’t be lazy like me and take care of your car yourself! This is the only time I’ve ever felt compelled to leave a review, but I’m really appalled about little the owner cares about his customersnnPS.
