The new Super's are amazing at what they do. Such a lovely neighborhood and clean building to live in. Love walking throughout the town especially on holidays and so close to stores when I make those quick runs out.

YOU WILL REGRET MOVING TO THIS BUILDING AND MOVE AGAIN IN A YEAR.nBasically management will lie and tell whatever you want by phone...until they have your money and then be unprofessional thereafter.nn- Personal packages delivered by mail get stolen.n- They randomly shut off the hot water during the day, for more than an hour, making it challenging to shower or wash.n- The heat is random as well during the winter, sometimes not on until the early morning and then it's to the max.n- They give out tickets in the parking lotn- There are always random little liquor bottles on the stairs and main areas of the building, which shows what kind of tenants, it attracts.n- You can completely hear all your neighbors...Even if Below you, you can always hear obnoxious music and noise. Aside from the street traffic and sirens during night given it's close to the municipal hall and a hospital. You can hear clearly and loudly all your neighbors doors close. Definitely not a place for light sleepers, I wake up often and am a deep sleeper.n- there are roaches that crawl around the basement and make there way upstairs.n- the place may appear nice but when you actually live here you realize, it's actually not.nnAll they want is your money, better to invest it in the many other apartments in the area which provide more honest and better service.

Apartment itself is nice but the service is poor. My bedroom has not had a ceiling light for a month and a half despite being constantly promised it would be fixed (there is a huge hole in the ceiling instead). The water tastes a bit funny from the tap and I only could stand drinking it after double filtering it (sink filter and brita). Management is very nice and hopefully they resolve my issues soon.
