Chis was great! The whole process of selling an estate was overwhelming to us. I'm happy Chris was representing us. He was so patient with us. Chris was very accessible & guided us every step of the way - including how to prepare the house for the best showings & what we should expect each step of they way during the process. Chris was present at all inspections (which gave us peace of mind). We began the process pre-COVID & he brought in many interested parties. However, COVID-19 happened. Chris was able to seamlessly modify. He made sure anyone who was interested made an appointment and had the proper PPE. We definitely recommend Chis!
