I used to live here, the apartment too small and you do not have more storage, and you have to pay to separate bills one for utilities( electricity) the other one for heater. I was paying for 1 bedroom apartment $1475 every month and actually the apartment deserve $700 or less than that. If you decide to live here make sure to back form you work early to find space to park in or if you can come late you will park in the street and after 2AM the ticket is waiting for you. Finally, GO AWAY FROM HERE..

Don’t ever never think to stay in this garbage! You will find the COCKROACHES everywhere EVEN if the apartment is renewed, I called the management because of the people working downstairs and they respond DISRESPECTFUL literally they are RIDICULOUS unlike when you see them the first day for a lease, all what they care about is MONEY. Go and find another apartment where you deserve to be in, everything here is really bad you will not find a parking lot with this high rent, I asked them to have a sticker for each car to know if these cars are belong to this community or not but they said “YOU ARE NOT PAYING SEPARATELY FOR THE PARKING LOT SO WE CANNOT DO THAT” that doesn’t make sense! In each parking area there is a sign says these parking for residents only!!

Hi, the place was very good for living but for the two bedroom apartment there are no extra closets in the kitchen when compared to single bedroom apartment. The refrigerator and dishwasher was also small. A big closet needed in the kitchen which was not provided. When there are 4 members the refrigerator and dishwasher and closets to be big enough to put stuff. Thanks hope this rewrite is helpful for leasing with apartment.

Lots of trash and shopping carts everywhere. Maintenance crew drove right past all of the mess laughing and joking. It is obvious they do not care.nnApartments are absolutely tiny and cramped. As a 6 foot 1 guy, I can touch the ceiling of the bedroom with the whole palm of my hand flat against it. You can def hear everyone talking through the walls and ceilings. Its not worth the market price. The whole area is unfriendly as well. Lots of road rage and aggressive driving throughout the neighborhood. Bad parking too.nnCould keep going...

I currently live here and on this date it is the third time it has been raining in my apartment. Office staff yells at me like I did something wrong by calling them. If I wanted to live in the wild I would not be paying this high rent. I am bringing in someone to access for mold because I don't believe this is a new problem
